Quarles & Brady, a major law firm in Milwaukee, needed to replace the broadloom carpeting in its offices. The project sounded simple enough, but removing and installing over 18,000 square feet of Bentley carpet underneath non-demountable desks in occupied office space offered some unique challenges. Our Furniture Services team planned, scheduled, and managed the whole process - synchronizing furniture movement with carpet installation and completing the renovation on time, on budget, without business disruption. "Honestly, I thought there would be a problem, but they proved me wrong" explained Ed Thompson, Facilities Manager for Quarles & Brandy.
