So, if you take advantage of our installation and maintenance services, we'll warranty your entire project. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we'll work until you are. How the Total Re:Source Warranty works To qualify for the Total Re:Source Warranty, you must: 1. Be the original purchaser of a carpet product (broadloom or carpet tile) manufactured by Bentley Mills, Interface Flooring Systems, Prince Street or Solenium. 2. Include the mill's salesperson and authorized solutions provider representative in the carpet specification and selection process to assure the carpet product purchased is suitable for the application. 3. Have the floorcovering product installed by a Re:Source Americas certified floorcovering contractor. 4. Agree to utilize a Re:Source Americas certified solutions provider to perform cleaning a maintenance services, throughout the useful life of the carpet product, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended procedures. We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the performance of the carpet product and the quality of the installation and maintenance services. And we further commit that products covered under this warranty will be reclaimed for use as raw materials in the manufacture of new flooring, or reused or downcycled so they won't end up in a landfill. In the event that you're not completely satisfied with the performance of the floorcovering installed and maintained by certified Re:Source solutions providers, all affected products will be repaired or replaced at our expense upon your request. If we determine that repair or replacement is not feasible, we will, at our expense, remove the affected part of the installation, and provide you with a refund of the purchase price and all associated installation costs and maintenance fees.
